As a lifelong athlete and current Oregon licensed acupuncturist it is my mission to bring optimal health through all of my avenues of knowledge. Fitness is an essential part of your overall well being, but must be implemented to your personal needs in order to produce the most efficient results. The last thing you want in a work out is to be to sore to work out the next day or work out beyond your limits and become injured. From my years of experience I have created a fitness plan to do just that and tweak it to your personal needs. An hour long personal fitness sessions and an outdoor fitness group are currently available. Well balanced Outdoor Workouts is a whole body fitness challenge, focusing on particular areas of the body through a thoughtfully designed program that ensures individual results. The balancing aspect of this workout allows you to work out at your own pace and fitness level while listening to your body to get the results you want.
Using nature as our playground, this whole body conditioning program provides fundamental fitness techniques with cutting edge information and offers a holistic approach to wellbeing. Our contemporary approach to fitness allows you to live life in balance as you gain fresh new perspective from the outdoors.
Each session is 5 weeks and includes:
Performance Assessments Each 5 week session begins with an individual fitness assessment. Based on this assessment we can construct your overall fitness plan based on your individual goals. At the end of each 5 week session the assessment will be repeated for you to clearly track your progress.
Dietary Guidelines and Daily Log From your assessment a nutrition guideline will be created that will complement your workouts.
Blog Access on Our Website This is a place where you can ask questions in between workouts and blog with other WOW participants about your journey.
