Insurance

We accept most health insurance plans including auto accidents, workers compensation and personal injury. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to see if your plan covers care at Well Balanced.

Sliding Scale
For patients who have little or no alternative health insurance coverage, direct pay is most common. Well Balanced also offers a sliding scale based on financial limitations. If you think you may qualify for our sliding scale program, please call our office and have a copy of your taxes handy.

Wellness on a Budget
At Well Balanced we are convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset, your health, will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel like you do not have enough time or money to take care of your self, please contact us, we can help. We encourage you to come to our clinic before you are in crisis.
