Nutrition Sessions
Initial Session: Well Balanced offers an initial session in which your overall wellness goals and current nutritional intake are evaluated. With this information an individualized plan is devised to both educate and guide in making the changes necessary to continue to live a well balanced life. This initial session takes around an hour and a half.
Follow up sessions: The objective of these sessions is to continue to educated you on how to keep your body well balanced and disease free through your daily nutrition intake. In these session, your daily nutritional log will be discussed, feedback will be given and any questions you have will be answered. It is recommended to continue with these sessions until you feel completely confident with the educational information you have received and are able to emulate your nutrition knowledge in your every day life.

Weekly Meal Plan: Let Well Balanced take the guess work out of your daily meals by giving you a 4 week meal program including 3 meals and 2 snacks each day, based on your individual plan.
